Perl driver requirements

To use Perl with Vertica, you must install the Perl driver modules (DBI and DBD::ODBC) and a Vertica ODBC driver on the machine where Perl is installed.

To use Perl with Vertica, you must install the Perl driver modules (DBI and DBD::ODBC) and a Vertica ODBC driver on the machine where Perl is installed. The following table lists the Perl versions supported with Vertica 24.2.x.

Later versions of Perl (5.10 and above), DBI, and DBD::ODBC might also work.
