Eon Mode subcluster and node actions support for Microsoft Azure

Management Console supports the following new features for Microsoft Azure:

• Create new subclusters

• Scale subclusters up and down

• View primary and secondary subcluster information

• Start, stop, create, and terminate nodes in a subcluster
