Autoscaling in Kubernetes
Previously, autoscaling was based on CPU and resources. Now, you can also use use OpenText™ Analytics Database metrics for more precise and efficient scaling. With Prometheus metrics already implemented in the database, clusters autoscale more efficiently. You can select from two autoscaler types, Horizontal Pod Autoscaler and KEDA's ScaledObject for event-driven autoscaling. For more information, see VerticaAutoscaler custom resource definition.
