Removes a subnet from Vertica.
Removes a subnet from Vertica.
Caution
Before removing a subnet, be sure your database is not configured to allow export on the public subnet.Syntax
DROP SUBNET [ IF EXISTS ] subnet-name[,...] [ CASCADE ]
Parameters
The parameters are defined as follows:
IF EXISTS- Specifies not to report an error if the subnets to drop do not exist. Use this clause in SQL scripts to avoid errors on dropping non-existent objects before attempting to create them.
subnet-name- A subnet to remove.
CASCADE- Removes the specified subnets from all database definitions.
