Convert the GEOGRAPHY values to GEOMETRY values, then convert the result back to a GEOGRAPHY type:
=> CREATE TABLE geogs(g GEOGRAPHY);
CREATE TABLE
=> COPY geogs(gx filler LONG VARCHAR, geog AS ST_GeographyFromText(gx)) FROM stdin delimiter '|';
Enter data to be copied followed by a newline.
End with a backslash and a period on a line by itself.
